When requesting an estimate, you will be assigned a project Manager. In order to provide an accurate estimate, you will need to provide a few bits of information.
~ Approximate measurements of your space with any relevant plans and sketches.
~ Specs for all appliances or dimensions of existing appliances if re-used.
~ Add windows, doorways, electrical outlets or any other object that may be an obstruction.
~ Review our website for door style, finish colors and any add-ons that are desired. At this point we will be able to provide a rough estimate of costs.
Generally estimates are returned within 24 hours. Once you have made final decisions and approve the estimate, we require a payment of $100.00 to start the design/drafting process. (This fee is non-refundable and is used for time spent putting your package together).
Once your payment is received. Your Project Manager will schedule a field measure at the property as well as a meeting with you at our office. The meeting at the office will consist of going over the following:
~Review samples
~Choose hardware
~Decide wood species
~ Pick Cabinet Style
~ Pick Door Style
~ Choose finish type and color
~Counter-tops and review initial renderings.
To make the most of this meeting please bring any last minute additional inspiration photos, a floor tile sample, paint swatches, etc. (Up to two renderings are included - there is an additional fee for each requested change thereafter)
Once you have approved the final design, you will receive by email a contract, the final renderings (which require a signature of approval) and a request for Material Deposit. We accept all forms of payment, however a check is the preferred method for the initial deposit amount of 75%. All documents and the deposit MUST BE RECEIVED PRIOR to placement into PRODUCTION.
Once your file enters into production, we will transform the raw materials into the finished product. Every Cabinet is crafted and undergoes 8 major steps in the manufacturing process. Unfortunately, patience is required during this time, as we want to ensure everything is perfect and work by hand is intense. Once your cabinets are in the final assembly stage, we will be calling to schedule the install or schedule of pickup.
The day before the install, you will receive a call to confirm and arrange for final payment. At this time cabinets will be loaded onto the truck for delivery and our install team will review the project with the Project Manager. If you are using laminate counter-tops, they will be installed on the same day. All other tops will require a template to be done AFTER the cabinets are installed. The fabricator will do any final measurements before cutting the stone. The stone will then be cut and polished, and another trip will occur to install the stone. The counter-top process typically takes an additional 2 weeks.
